Steve first came to Costa Rica in 1994 as a biology student with the University of California, San Diego. After graduating and working as a business consultant in San Diego, he and his wife spent a year exploring Central America before settling in the Tamarindo area where he worked with one of the "big box" realty companies long enough to learn that a more personalized approach that emphasizes the client's needs was needed. With three years experience in the Tamarindo Real Estate market and fluency in Spanish, Steve seeks out hard-to-find investment opportunities for our clients.
Brian Bratton – Principal Partner
Brian first came to Costa Rica in 1996 and has spent the last 9 years doing business and surfing in the area, but finally moved here permanently from Atlanta, Georgia last year with his fiancé Carrie. An entrepreneur at heart and in practice, Brian is always on the lookout for new opportunities for both the company and our investor partners. Brian graduated the University of Georgia in 1994 and is an avid surfer of over 20 years and an active outdoor enthusiast.
Carrie Thomas – Lead AgentCarrie, originally from Charlotte, NC, has worked since she was 17 as a professional model and continues to work for major clients in the U.S. through Elite Models Atlanta, Chicago and Miami. Carrie was educated at the University of North Carolina, Charlotte and was certified by the Georgia Board of Realtors in 2004. She and her fiancé Brian moved to Costa Rica permanently after enjoying many business/personal trips to the area.
